Sr.Python (Django) developer

Valor Software is a software development and consulting company specializing in advancing and bringing together open-source technologies to achieve technological and business advancement for their customers.

We are looking for a Senior Python Backend Developer to join our team in improving and maintaining an existing solution. The system is already in place, and the primary focus will be on stabilizing and fixing the current infrastructure before implementing new features. You’ll work closely with a Solution Architect and support the integration between a well-established platform and the solution’s interface.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to fix and stabilize the existing system.
• Develop and maintain backend components using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Support integration between backend services and platform interfaces.
• Ensure code quality and performance through best development practices.
• Prepare for future feature additions after stabilization phase.

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python and at least one of the following: Django, Flask, FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and API development.
• Experience with integration orchestration is a plus.
• Previous experience working with WFP projects is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with guidance from a Solution Architect.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
