Senior QA Engineer (Part-time, with potential for Full-time)

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join the team working on an innovative educational web platform designed for kids. The product is highly interactive, gamified, and AI-integrated, with complex video and learning content delivery.
Workload: around 15 hours per week (Part-time)
Potential: Transition to Full-time role in the future.
Responsibilities:

• Define and execute test plans and strategies for a scalable web application

• Review and analyze complex requirements, providing feedback for clarification

• Perform manual and API testing (Postman, Insomnia)

• Use test management and tracking tools (Xray, Zephyr, Jira)

• Log and manage defects with clear documentation

• Participate in Scrum activities: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives

• Provide accurate test estimations and prioritize tasks

• Analyze testing metrics and report results to the team

• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years of QA experience in web applications

• Strong knowledge of STLC, QA methodologies, and processes

• Hands-on experience in API testing and SQL (data validation, queries)

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and estimation techniques

• Experience testing complex, scalable web platforms

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
