As we continue to grow, we are seeking a visionary Project Manager to guide Valor Software into its next phase of success.
Job requirements
Dynamic and highly organized Project Manager with strong Product Management skills, capable of leading projects, ensuring consistent value delivery, and building long-term relationships.
Proactive mindset with exceptional relationship management abilities.
Experience: 5+ years in project management with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
Product Management expertise: Solid understanding of product management principles and experience working closely with product development teams.
Presale experience: Proven ability to prepare proposals and successfully present them to clients.
Technical knowledge (mandatory): Familiarity with software development processes and service delivery.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport and clearly convey complex information.
Customer-centric mindset: Ability to anticipate client needs and address them proactively.
Analytical & problem-solving skills: Balance of strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle (scoping → delivery) to meet time, scope, and budget.
Develop, execute, and continuously improve project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Anticipate and proactively manage risks; adjust to changing client and business requirements.
Maintain financial health by monitoring margins and KPIs to ensure profitability.
Regularly report performance and status to internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth areas.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional delivery teams; ensure clear goal alignment.
Act as the primary client contact: provide regular updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Foster a collaborative, partnership-oriented environment with clients and stakeholders.
Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities; support team growth via continuous improvements and tailored solutions.
Product Management
Engage with clients to understand business needs; offer insights on product improvements that add value and drive growth.
Collaborate with development and design to translate feedback into actionable requirements, enhancements, and features.
Prioritize and manage product backlogs aligned with client goals and strategic objectives.
