Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project/Account Manager with Product Management skills to lead client accounts and projects, ensure consistent value delivery, and drive lasting relationships.

This role requires a proactive approach and exceptional relationship management.

Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations.

  • Foster a collaborative environment with clients and stakeholders, encouraging a partnership approach to achieve mutual success.

2. Project Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Anticipate and proactively manage project risks, adjusting as needed to meet changing client and business requirements.

3. Product Management:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs, offering insights and guidance on product improvements that add value and drive growth.

  • Collaborate with development and design teams to translate client feedback into actionable product requirements, enhancements, and features.

  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs in alignment with client goals and strategic objectives.

4. Financial & Account Health:

  • Maintain account financial health by monitoring margins and other KPIs, ensuring project profitability.

  • Identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell, supporting the growth of client accounts through continuous improvements and tailored solutions.

  • Regularly report on account performance and project status to internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for potential growth.


Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in project management, account management, or a similar role, with demonstrated experience in managing client relationships.

  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of product management principles and experience working closely with product development teams.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and clearly convey complex information.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Highly customer-focused, with the ability to anticipate client needs and proactively address them.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset; able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes and service delivery is mandatory.
