Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Lead Generation Specialist to support our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about identifying potential clients and contributing to the growth of our IT outsourcing and outstaffing services, with flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B clients in target markets (e.g., USA, EU, UK).

• Generate high-quality lead lists using LinkedIn, databases, and research tools.

• Collaborate with the sales team to pre-qualify leads and assist in handoff for outreach.

• Maintain accurate records of leads and prospecting activities in the CRM.

• Track industry trends to uncover new lead opportunities.

Job requirements

• 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales research, or a similar role in IT.

• Basic understanding of IT services (outsourcing/outstaffing).

• Proficient with LinkedIn, Google search, and lead research tools.

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and consistency.

• Intermediate or higher level of English.

• Availability to work part-time
