Job description

We seek a highly motivated, proactive and skilled HR Generalist to join our team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including supporting employee relations, facilitating personal development plans, managing insurance programs, and fostering an organizational culture that aligns with our values. The ideal candidate will be able to handle various tasks efficiently while focusing on the needs of our employees and the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee relations:

  • Keep a finger on the pulse with assigned employees to understand and address their concerns. Report issues and concerns respecting employees’ privacy.

  • Collaborate with the management team to adjust and reinforce the company culture and values annually.

  • Assist employees with absence management and other supporting processes.

Personal Development:

  • Facilitate the development and implementation of Personal Development Plans for employees.

  • Facilitate resolution of conflicts among employees, maintaining adult-adult relationships, and being not responsible for their relationships.

HR Administration:

  • Oversee the onboarding, trial, and offboarding processes for employees.

  • Collect and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to HR functions.

  • Set up and manage employee insurance programs.

Communication and Events:

  • Keep employees informed and engaged about company developments, news, events, and birthdays.

  • Facilitate group meetings and manage internal online and offline events.

  • Management of corporate merchandise.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven 3 years of experience in HR or a related area.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Upper - Intermediate English skills
