Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and quality across all projects and teams. Continuously improve processes and leverage technology for scalability.

• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, expand the client base, and establish strategic partnerships. Focus on diversifying revenue streams and fostering long-term client relationships.
