As we continue to grow, we are seeking a visionary Business Development Manager to guide Valor Software into its next phase of success.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to join Valor Software. This role focuses on expanding our client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and supporting the presales process. You will play a key role in helping the company scale and strengthen its presence in the international market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients across targeted industries and regions.

  • Build and maintain a strong professional network (industry events, online outreach, personal connections).

  • Lead initial client communication, qualify leads, and support presales together with technical teams.

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.

  • Align sales efforts with marketing and delivery teams.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify strategic opportunities.

  • Drive outbound sales initiatives via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales within software development, especially outsourcing or outstaffing models.

  • Ability to improve and manage the sales cycle for custom software development.

  • Familiarity with domain areas such as micro frontends, eCommerce, EdTech, TravelTech, B2B SaaS, etc.

  • Experience working with Tier 1 markets (USA, Canada, UK, Germany).

  • Strong outbound skills and tools (LinkedIn, events, email outreach).

  • Experience in presales, including discovery phase, technical assessments, and participation in RFPs or Statements of Work (SoWs).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
