About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Bid/Tender Manager to join our international team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full tendering process — from spotting opportunities to submitting winning proposals. You’ll collaborate with global clients and internal experts, shaping high-quality bids that directly influence our success on the international stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and track tender opportunities across leading global platforms.

  • Analyze tender requirements and align them with company capabilities.

  • Coordinate input from technical, financial, and delivery teams to prepare compelling submissions.

  • Manage the end-to-end submission process, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

  • Communicate with clients and partners to clarify tender requirements and build trust.

  • Evaluate results, share lessons learned, and improve internal processes for greater win rates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in bid/tender management.

  • Strong knowledge of international tendering standards and best practices.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.

  • Fluent English (other languages are a plus).

  • Experience with tender platforms (e.g., TED, FedBizOpps, TendersOnTime) and project management tools.
