About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Bid/Tender Manager to join our international team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full tendering process — from spotting opportunities to submitting winning proposals. You’ll collaborate with global clients and internal experts, shaping high-quality bids that directly influence our success on the international stage.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and track tender opportunities across leading global platforms.
Analyze tender requirements and align them with company capabilities.
Coordinate input from technical, financial, and delivery teams to prepare compelling submissions.
Manage the end-to-end submission process, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
Communicate with clients and partners to clarify tender requirements and build trust.
Evaluate results, share lessons learned, and improve internal processes for greater win rates.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in bid/tender management.
Strong knowledge of international tendering standards and best practices.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
Fluent English (other languages are a plus).
Experience with tender platforms (e.g., TED, FedBizOpps, TendersOnTime) and project management tools.
